Each of the 8 Bedrooms and 1 Separate Studio Apartment will be provided with 

  • Two bath towels per person
  • One hand towel
  • One pool towel

Each section of the Quinta has their own kitchen OR kitchenette with a fridge so you can keep snacks, drinks, your own personal food - for those all important 'downtimes' when you can choose to simply RELAX.

The Retreat Accommodation price below covers:

 

  • All Retreat Activities  on the Retreat Schedule
  • All meals except one dinner on Sunday, to allow you time to explore Lagos (10/11 meals)
  • A goody bag
  • One choice of relaxing treatment or fitness activity
  • Use of the outdoor gym area and weights in your own free time
  •  Use of the gardens and pool and pond area in your own free time
  • Tea - Coffee
  • One group transfer from Faro Airport on 11th September (if you miss the group transfer or it doesn't suit your travel plans, you will need to book and pay for your own separately)
